If you wish to deactivate an account or have multiple accounts and want to disable one that you no longer use, it's a simple process.
Log in to the CoinDCX website https://coindcx.com/.
Visit [Profile] and select [Security].
Go to [Account Security] and choose [Account Activity].
Click on [Disable Account].
Log in to your CoinDCX app.
Navigate to [Account] and select [Security].
Click on [Disable Your Account].
Log in to your CoinDCX Pro app.
Go to [Account] and select [Security].
Click on [Disable Account].
