How to Create a Sub-Account?

Log in to the CoinDCX website: https://coindcx.com/

1. Click the Profile icon in the top-right corner.
2. Select Sub-Accounts.
3. Click Create New Sub Account.

4. Enter:

   • First Name
   • Last Name
   • Email ID
   • Password
5. Click Create Sub Account.
6. Enter the OTPs sent to the Master Account's registered mobile number and email ID.
7. Click Verify OTP.

The Sub-Account will be created successfully.

If the Email/SMS OTP is not received:

On the same OTP verification screen, click:

• Didn't receive Email? Resend
• Didn't receive SMS? Resend

Sub-Account Email Verification:

Once the Sub-Account is created, the Sub-Account user will receive an email titled “Sub: Verify your Email Address” from [email protected].

1. Open the email.
2. Click Confirm Email.
3. Enter the Sub-Account password.
4. The email will be verified successfully.
5. The user will then see the Bind Google Authenticator screen.
6. Use the provided Google Authenticator download links to install the application.
7. Complete the 2FA setup.

Note:

• Only the Master Account can create Sub-Accounts.
• Sub-Accounts can be managed and accessed through the website only.
• While creating a Sub-Account, only name, email ID, and password are required.
• KYC/BAV is not required for Sub-Accounts.
• 2FA is mandatory for Sub-Accounts.
