If you've accidentally shared your OTP or approved a suspicious request, take the following steps immediately:
Change your CoinDCX account password.
Reset your Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) if you believe it may have been compromised.
Review your account activity and update your security settings to help secure your account.
Report the incident to CoinDCX by emailing [email protected] with the relevant details.
Contact our Chat if you suspect unauthorized activity on your account.
Important: If a transaction is completed using your valid credentials and OTP, it may be treated as an authorised transaction, even if you were deceived into approving it. Never share your OTP, password, PIN, or 2FA codes with anyone.
