How can I create, reset and delete my Backup Codes on CoinDCX Pro app?

To create your backup codes:

  1. Log into your CoinDCX Pro app 
  2. Click on Accounts
  3. Click on Security
  4. Click on “Backup Codes”
  5. Click on “Continue to web login” and go to M-Web Backup Codes page
  6. Click on “Get Backup Codes”
  7. Enter your password and OTP/Google Authenticator code and click on “Confirm"

From here you can:

  1. Create a new set of backup codes and inactivate old ones: To create new codes, click Reset
  2. Delete your backup codes: To delete and automatically inactivate your backup codes, click Delete
  3. Download your backup codes: Click Download
  4. Print your backup codes: Click Print
