What should I do if I lose my Backup Codes?

If you've lost your Backup Codes but still have access to your CoinDCX account, you can generate a new set by selecting Reset from the Backup Codes section on the CoinDCX website.

If you've also lost access to your Google Authenticator app and can't log in, contact CoinDCX Support by tapping "Chat Now" in the top right corner
