When should I use a Backup Code?

You can use a Backup Code if you're unable to access your Google Authenticator app, for example if:
- You've lost your phone.
- You've changed to a new device.
- Your authenticator app isn't available.
- You're unable to generate a valid 2FA code.
Backup Codes are designed as a recovery option and should only be used when needed.
