Absolutely, both buyers and sellers have the option to cancel their orders in CoinDCX Direct when necessary. You will have upto 60 minutes to cancel the order only.
We’ve made the process straightforward:
- Simply cancel the transaction and select a valid reason for the cancellation.
However, if multiple cancellations occur, we may need to review and potentially revoke access to CoinDCX Direct to ensure a seamless experience for all participants.
