Raising a dispute is a safeguard we provide to ensure fair trading in the CoinDCX Direct.
If you need to raise a dispute, simply follow these steps:
1. Navigate to the CoinDCX Direct from the CoinDCX homepage.
OR
2. Click on the 'Orders' tab and select the transaction in question.
3. Press the 'Raise Dispute' button, where you’ll be prompted to choose from a list of reasons for the dispute.
4. After submitting your reason, a dispute will be lodged, and you will receive a confirmation with the dispute ticket details sent to your registered email address.
