How safe is the transaction process for both buyer and seller in CoinDCX Direct?

For CoinDCX Direct, we use an escrow system to hold the seller’s USDT until both parties confirm the transaction is complete.
In a nutshell, if you’re a seller - we will not release your USDT to the buyer until you confirm the receipt of payment.
If you're a buyer - we will hold the seller's USDT while you make a payment to the seller.
