If you receive an email that looks suspicious:

Don't click on any links or download attachments.
Don't share your password, OTP, Login PIN, or 2FA code.
Verify that the sender is using an official CoinDCX email address.
Contact CoinDCX Support by tapping "Tap - Chat Now" in the top right corner if you're unsure about the email's authenticity.
