Why can I see my wallet balance decrease?
Updated
Your wallet balance may decrease if the conversion rate is revised downward after you have added funds. This means the updated conversion rate is lower compared to the previous one, and your wallet balance is adjusted accordingly.
For example:
If you add INR 10,000 to your Options Wallet when the conversion rate is 1 USDT = INR 100,
Later the rate is revised to 1 USDT= ₹90, your wallet balance will be updated to INR 9,000.
A “Wallet Settlement” transaction of INR 1,000 will be recorded as a debit in your transaction history.
