How do I create a withdrawal password or reset my existing password?

To set up a withdrawal password, please follow these steps:
Login to your CoinDCX account and go to the "Security" section.

Proceed to the "Withdrawal Password" option and click on "Setup".

Enter your desired password, confirm it, and then enter your CoinDCX account password before submitting.

You'll then be directed to the verification page, where you'll need to enter the OTP sent to your registered email address and authenticate via Google Authenticator.

Once submitted, your withdrawal password will be successfully created.

Please be informed that to ensure the security of your funds, the new withdrawal password will take 24 hours to become active.
If you ever need to reset your withdrawal password, just follow the same steps outlined above. You'll be prompted to change your password during the process.
