How to reset Biometric or how it can be enabled?

Safety is always our priority. We have implemented Biometric login to ensure a secure platform for all of our users.

  • Log in to your CoinDCX account.

  • Go to the top left corner of the Home page and click on your Name.

  • Select 'Security' from the options.

  • Choose 'Biometric login'.

  • Verify your fingerprint.

  • Enter your PIN.

You're Biometric login is successfully activated.
