Why is INR deposit blocked while giving access to Crypto withdrawals?

We are working continuously to enable a better solution for seamless flow for our users. However, as of now, we are not in a position to enable both Crypto withdrawal and INR deposit simultaneously. Due to a lack of clarity from regulators, our banking partners do not allow crypto withdrawals as it is considered high-risk in nature. We will keep you posted if this changes based on clarity from regulators in the future.
