Why is my crypto withdrawal request rejected?

If your withdrawal request has been rejected, it means the transaction did not meet our internal risk checks. You will receive an email from us with instructions to complete the Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) process. Once you’ve successfully completed the EDD, you can re-initiate your withdrawal request.
