Why is my crypto withdrawal request rejected?

If your withdrawal request is rejected this is because your transaction did not pass our internal risk checks and hence, the same has been rejected. You will receive an email from our end requesting you to complete the Enhanced Due Diligence procedure. Once the procedure is completed you can then re-initiate your withdrawal request.
