Why is my crypto withdrawal request rejected?

Your withdrawal may be rejected if it does not meet our internal risk or compliance checks.
If this happens:
You will receive an email with instructions to submit additional details required under the Travel Rule.
Once the Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) process is successfully completed, you can re-initiate your withdrawal request.
Any tokens from the rejected transaction will be safely returned to your wallet. You can track the status of your withdrawal by navigating to Funds → Coins and clicking on the relevant withdrawal transaction to view its current status.
