The following details are required to process a Crypto withdrawal transaction:
To process your crypto withdrawal, you'll need to provide the following details depending on the type of withdrawal:
1. Self Wallet Withdrawal:
When withdrawing crypto to your wallet (hosted with an exchange or wallet provider):Screenshot of the receiving wallet address showing your full wallet address and name (from the exchange or wallet provider).
2. Third-Party Wallet Withdrawal:
When withdrawing crypto to a third-party wallet:
Receiver’s Full Name
Receiver’s Date of Birth
Purpose of Transfer
Receiver’s Address (including PIN code, City, and Country)
Screenshot of the recipient’s wallet address (from the exchange or wallet provider)
ID Verification: A copy of the third-party's PAN Card or Aadhaar card/Passport/Driving License (both sides).
