What happens if my deposit doesn’t reflect in my CoinDCX account?

  1. Make sure you have deposited to the right wallet address.

  2. First, check the transaction status on the blockchain explorer using the transaction hash (TXID).

  3. Ensure the network type matches (e.g., ERC20, BEP20).

  4. If the issue persists, contact CoinDCX Support with the TXID and other transaction details.
