My bank account was debited, but my INR Wallet wasn't credited.

If the amount has been debited from your bank account but isn't yet visible in your CoinDCX INR Wallet, allow the applicable processing time based on your payment method.
- UPI & IMPS: Typically processed instantly, but it may take up to 30 minutes in some cases.
- NEFT & RTGS: Generally processed within 60 minutes.
Note: Bank transfers made using NEFT or RTGS between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM (IST) are generally reflected in your CoinDCX Wallet by 6:00 AM (IST) the following morning.
If the amount is still not reflected after the expected processing time, please contact our Chat with your Transaction/Reference ID (UTR/RRN).
