How do I create a Bank Transfer deposit request?

If you've made an INR deposit using Bank Transfer (IMPS, NEFT, or RTGS), you'll need to submit your transaction details so your deposit can be processed.
On the CoinDCX App
- Open the CoinDCX App.
- Go to Portfolio.
- Tap Funds.
- Select INR
- Tap Deposit INR.
- Enter the deposit amount.
- Select Bank Transfer as the payment method.
- Complete the bank transfer using your bank's mobile banking app or internet banking portal.
Depending on the bank account used for the transfer:
- Tap I Have Paid Now, or
- Enter your Transaction/Reference ID.
- Submit the required transaction details.
On the CoinDCX Website
Visit the CoinDCX Website and log in to your account.
- Go to Portfolio.
- Select INR Wallet.
- Click Deposit INR.
- Enter the deposit amount.
- Select Bank Transfer as the payment method.
- Complete the bank transfer using your bank's internet banking portal.
Depending on the bank account used for the transfer:
- Click I Have Paid Now, or
- Enter your Transaction/Reference ID.
- Submit the required transaction details.
