How do I disable my CoinDCX account?

If you still wish to disable your account, you can do so through the CoinDCX App or the CoinDCX website.
Using the CoinDCX App
- Log in to the CoinDCX App.
- Go to Account.
- Select Account Settings.
- Tap Account Management.
- Choose Disable Account.
- Confirm the action.
Using the CoinDCX Website
Visit https://coindcx.com/ and log in to your account.
- Click the Profile icon.
- Go to Security.
- Select Account Security.
- Open Account Activity.
- Click Disable Account and confirm your request.
Your account will be disabled successfully.
Important:
- Only the account holder can disable their account.
- You can re-enable your account at any time by logging in and completing the required verification process.
