How do I update my registered Email ID?

You can update your registered email address through the CoinDCX App by following these steps:
- Open the CoinDCX App and log in to your account.
- Go to Help & Support and tap Chat With Us.
- Select Sign Up & Login.
- Choose Change Your Email ID.
- Tap Change Email.
- Enter your existing email address.
- Verify your identity using your PAN number and Date of Birth (DOB).
- Tap Continue and complete the selfie verification.
- Tap Submit.
- Enter your new email address.
- Open the verification link sent to your new email address and complete the verification process.
Once the verification is successful, your email address will be updated.
Note:
1. The self-service Email ID update is currently available only on the CoinDCX App.
2. Your account must be KYC verified before you can update your Email ID using the self-service flow.
3. For your account's security, INR withdrawals will be unavailable for 24 hours after your Email ID has been updated.
