How to avoid/stop CoinDCX emails from going to the spam/junk folder?

Having trouble finding our emails? Follow these simple steps to make sure they land in your inbox:

1. Log in to your Outlook email and click on [Settings].
2. Select [View all Outlook settings].
3. Choose [Email] and then click on [Junk email].
4. You'll find [Safe senders and domains]. Click [Add] to include our official CoinDCX email addresses.
5. Don't forget to click [Save] to keep your settings.

1. Log in to your Gmail account and click on [Settings].

2. Select [See all settings].

3. Navigate to the [Filters and Blocked Addresses] tab and choose [Create a new filter].

4. Copy and paste our official CoinDCX email addresses into the [From] field, then click [Create filter].

5. Check the box next to [Never send it to Spam] and click [Create filter].
