Why can't I withdraw my entire token balance?

External Wallet Transfer is subject to a maximum limit of 5 successful transfer transactions per user. Once this limit is reached, you will no longer be able to transfer any remaining token balance through the External Wallet Transfer feature.
Note: Only successful withdrawal transactions count towards the 5-transaction limit. Cancelled, rejected, or failed transfer requests are not included.
