No. External Wallet Transfer may not be available for every delisted token.CoinDCX regularly reviews and updates the list of eligible delisted tokens. If a delisted token is eligible for external wallet transfer, the option will be made available to eligible users during the applicable transfer window. Otherwise, the token will follow the standard delisting process.
