No, not necessarily. External Wallet Transfer and the Crypto Withdrawal (CW) Opt-In process are two separate features. Having access to External Wallet Transfer for an eligible delisted token does not mean you will receive or become eligible for the Crypto Withdrawal (CW) Opt-In process. The CW Opt-In process is managed independently by CoinDCX based on a separate eligibility criteria. External Wallet Transfer is a dedicated feature available only for eligible delisted tokens and does not grant or modify your regular Crypto Withdrawal access. If you're eligible for External Wallet Transfer, you can proceed with withdrawing the eligible delisted token by following the applicable withdrawal flow, even if you haven't received the CW Opt-In process.
