How to create a Deposit Request?

Please follow the steps below to raise a deposit request:
Login to your CoinDCX app and click on the ‘Profile icon’.
Click on 'Available to Invest'.
Enter the amount that you have deposited and continue.
Click the Net Banking (IMPS/NEFT) option. Enter the transaction ID generated from the bank after completing the payment. Can’t find the Transaction ID? Click here
Verify the details and click ‘Submit’.
The deposit request will be created and processed within 24-48 working hours after verification.

Note: It is very important that you raise a deposit request for the amount that you have deposited with the correct reference number from your INR wallet page.
