Your INR withdrawal option might have been blocked due to following reasons:
- You have changed your account PIN
- You have changed your account login credentials
In such cases, we apply a cooling period of 24 hours on the user's account for safety reasons. We would suggest you to wait until this cooling period is over and then retry withdrawals.
If you have not changed your PIN/credentials, and you are still not able to access INR withdrawals, please raise a support ticket.
