Cross Margin uses your entire available USDT Futures wallet balance, along with the margin allocated to all cross-margin positions and eligible unrealised PnL, as a shared margin pool. This helps reduce the likelihood of liquidation by allowing positions to use additional available margin when needed. However, if liquidation occurs, your entire Futures wallet balance can be at risk.
