Can't Log In? Forgot PIN

If you've forgotten your Login PIN, you can easily set a new one by following the steps below.
Follow these steps:
- Open the CoinDCX App.
- On the "Unlock Using Your PIN" screen, tap Forgot PIN in the top-right corner.
- On the confirmation screen, tap Continue.
- Enter the OTP received via SMS or email.
- Enter a new 6-digit PIN.
- Re-enter the PIN to confirm.
Once the verification is complete, your new Login PIN will be set successfully. You can now use it to access your CoinDCX account.
Important:
- Your new Login PIN cannot be the same as any of the last three PINs you have used.
- For your account's security, a 24-hour cooling-off period is applied after adding or updating your Login PIN.
- During the cooling-off period, INR withdrawals will be temporarily unavailable to help protect your account from unauthorized access.
