Can't Log In? Forgot Your Password

On the CoinDCX Website/App:
- Go to the Login page.
- Click Forgot Password.
- Enter your registered email ID.
- Set a new password and confirm it.
- Enter the OTP sent for verification.
Password – Make it strong, make it secure (No "password123" please). Use at least 1 Capital Letter, 1 Small Letter, 1 Number, and a minimum of 8 characters
Once the verification is complete, your password will be reset successfully. You can now log in to your CoinDCX account using your new password.
Important: For your account's security, INR withdrawals will be temporarily unavailable for 24 hours after a password reset. This cooling-off period helps protect your account from unauthorized access.
