How do I log in to my CoinDCX account?

You can log in to your CoinDCX account using the mobile app or the website.
On the CoinDCX App
- Open the CoinDCX App.
- Tap Log In.
- Enter your registered email address.
- Enter your password.
- Complete the OTP or Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) verification, if prompted.
- If you've enabled a Login PIN, enter your 6-digit PIN to access your account.
On the CoinDCX Website
- Visit the CoinDCX website.
- Enter your registered email address.
- Enter your password.
- Complete the OTP or Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) verification, if prompted.
Once your credentials are verified, you'll be logged in to your CoinDCX account.
Important:
- Always log in using your registered email address and password.
- If you've enabled 2FA, keep your authenticator app handy to generate the verification code.
- If you've forgotten your password, click Forgot Password on the login screen to reset it.
- If you've lost access to your registered email address or mobile number, use the self-service update options available in the CoinDCX app or reach out to our support team through chat for assistance. Our support team will be happy to help!
