What should I do if my Login PIN isn't working?

If your Login PIN isn't working:

Make sure you're entering the correct 6-digit PIN.
Check that you're using the latest version of the CoinDCX app.
If you've forgotten your PIN, tap Forgot PIN to create a new one.

If the issue continues, contact CoinDCX Support by tapping "Chat Now" in the top right corner
