How do I reset my password?

If you need to reset your CoinDCX account password, just follow these simple steps:

  • Click on "Forgot password" on the login page.

  • Fill in the required details, such as your registered email and new password, and then click on "Submit."

​​

  • You'll receive an OTP on your registered email and mobile number—please provide it.

​​

  • Congratulations! Your password has been successfully reset.

Note: For security purposes, withdrawals will be temporarily paused for 24 hours after changing your password.
