I've lost access to Google Authenticator. How can I switch to mobile SMS for verification?

If you've lost access to Google Authenticator, you can easily switch to mobile SMS for verification by following these steps:
Login to your CoinDCX app using your registered email address and password.

Go to the Google Authenticator code page on the app and click on the option "Switch to SMS."

Proceed by clicking on the “continue” button to move forward with the process.

You'll be prompted to provide the OTP (One-Time Password) received on your registered email and mobile number for verification.

Once verified, your security verification will be successfully set to mobile SMS.

Please note that your withdrawals will be temporarily restricted for 24 hours as a security precaution.
