How do I update my registered mobile number?

You can update your registered mobile number through the CoinDCX App by following these steps:
- Open the CoinDCX App and log in to your account.
- Go to Help & Support and tap Chat With Us.
- Select Sign Up & Login.
- Choose Change Your Phone Number.
- Tap Change Phone Number.
- Enter your registered email address.
- Verify your identity using your PAN number and Date of Birth (DOB).
- Tap Continue and complete the selfie verification.
- Tap Submit.
- Enter your new mobile number.
- Complete the OTP verification sent to your new mobile number.
Once the verification is successful, your mobile number will be updated.
Note:
1. The self-service mobile number update is currently available only on the CoinDCX App.
2. Your account must be KYC verified before you can update your mobile number using the self-service flow.
3. For your account's security, INR withdrawals will be unavailable for 24 hours after your mobile number has been updated.
