Why is TP/SL based on Mark Price and not LTP?

Mark Price provides a fair and continuous price reference, even when trades are not happening. LTP can be flat or misleading during low liquidity, whereas Mark Price reflects the true contract value and is used for TP/SL Trigger Price.
