Why am I not receiving the OTP or unable to complete 2FA verification?

If you're not receiving the SMS OTP
- Ensure your registered mobile number is active and has network coverage.
- Wait a few minutes before requesting another OTP.
- Avoid requesting multiple OTPs in quick succession.
- Restart your device and try again.
If you're not receiving the Email OTP
- Check your Spam, Junk, or Promotions folder.
- Make sure you're using your registered email address.
- Wait a few minutes before requesting another OTP.
If your Google Authenticator code isn't working
- Ensure you're entering the latest 6-digit code.
- Make sure your Authenticator's Time Zone is set to IST
- Make sure your device's Date & Time is set to Automatic (Indian Time)
- Wait for a new code to generate and try again.
