  • If you didn't get the OTP on the first attempt, click on 'Resend OTP.'

  • Ensure that your phone has a strong signal on the network.

  • Double-check if the mobile number is correct and accessible, and make sure Do-Not-Disturb (DND) is not active.

  • Make sure your phone has enough storage space to receive SMS.

  • Try restarting your device to refresh the network.

  • Attempt to log in again or restart your device.

  • If you use a third-party app (like Truecaller) for SMS, check all folders, including Junk/Business, for the OTP message.
