Why can't I change my password?

If you're having trouble changing your password, here are a few things to check:
- Make sure you've entered your current password correctly.
- Ensure your new password meets the required password criteria.
- Confirm that both password fields match.
- Complete the OTP or 2FA verification if prompted.
Your password must:
- Be at least 8 characters long.
- Include 1 uppercase letter (A–Z).
- Include 1 lowercase letter (a–z).
- Include 1 number (0–9).
Tip: Choose a password that's unique to your CoinDCX account and avoid using personal information like your name or date of birth.
