Why did my bank account verification fail?

Bank account verification may occasionally fail for a number of reasons. You will get an email if the verification of your bank account was unsuccessful along with a detailed explanation. Please read the email and follow the instructions to re-verify your bank account.

Please make sure you follow the instructions below in order to avoid any errors:

  1. Upload an image of the printout of your most recent bank statement that is self-attested by adding your signature and the date.

  2. Your name, IFSC code, and bank account number should be clearly visible on the bank statement.

  3. You can also upload an image of a canceled cheque or your passbook with the aforementioned details.
