Why did my KYC verification fail?
Updated
- The details you entered didn't match the ones on the images of the documents you submitted.
- The images you sent were blurry or had too much glare, making it tough to read the text.
- You might have missed a crucial detail in the submitted documents.
- The documents belong to someone under 18 years old (a minor).
- You might have tried doing KYC with the same set of documents multiple times.
To avoid these hiccups, follow these friendly guidelines:
For Selfies:
- Make sure you're well-lit—good lighting is the key!
- Avoid filters or fancy editing. Keep it natural.
- Don't crop your selfie. Just align your face in the oval shape on the screen and then click the picture.
- Selfies should be taken within 24 hours of uploading.
- Skip the glasses or spectacles.
- Save your selfie as .jpeg, .jpg, or .png.
For Documents:
- Ensure all sides and characters in the document are visible.
- Only submit images of the original documents—we don't accept photocopies or scans.
- Upload a high-quality image with clear text and no glare or blur.
- Your name must match the one on the document exactly.
- Keep the document size under 4 MB.
- Save documents as .jpeg, .jpg, or .png.
