How to transfer funds from your Union Bank to our Union Bank Account using Quick Bank Transfer (NEFT/RTGS)?

Let's watch this video for a quick walkthrough on how to transfer funds from your Union Bank account to our Union Bank account using the Quick Bank Transfer (NEFT/RTGS) method.
Follow the process below for a step-by-step guide:
1. Select Quick Bank Transfer (RTGS/NEFT only)
Log into your CoinDCX account, click on ‘Add Funds’ and enter the amount you want to transfer into your CoinDCX wallet.
Click on ‘Select Payment Method’ and choose the ‘Quick Bank Transfer’ option.
2. Add Beneficiary Details
You will be provided with unique bank details to which you need to transfer the funds.
Add this unique bank details as a beneficiary via the Union Internet Banking website. This is a one-time process only.
2.1. Add Beneficiary details via the Union Bank website only
Log into your Union Bank account via Internet Banking.
Click on the “Transaction” tab. Select the “Beneficiary Management” section, click on “Add VAN Beneficiary”.
Enter the unique beneficiary details provided on CoinDCX App. Enter exact values shown on CoinDCX app like A/C number, IFSC, Beneficiary name.
Enter your “Transaction Password” and provide the “One Time Password” received on your registered mobile number.
Click on “Submit”, wait for approximately 30 minutes for the beneficiary details to get added.
Do not use the Union Banking mobile/tablet app to add a beneficiary, as it is not supported for this A/C.
3. Transfer Funds To Beneficiary (CoinDCX)
Once a beneficiary is added, initiate fund transfer via RTGS/NEFT mode, directly from your Union Bank which is registered with CoinDCX.
When it is successfully completed at the bank’s end, confirm your payment on CoinDCX App by clicking on the “I Have Paid” button.
Your funds will reflect in your CoinDCX wallet within 15-30 minutes (RTGS) and 60 mins-24 hrs (NEFT) as per banking standards.
