Follow the process below for a step-by-step guide to add funds in your CoinDCX wallet using the Quick Bank Transfer option:

1. Select Quick Bank Transfer

• Log into your CoinDCX account, click on ‘Add Funds’ and enter the amount you want to transfer to your CoinDCX wallet

• Click on ‘Select Payment Method’ and choose the ‘Quick Bank Transfer’ option

2. Login into Paytm (mobile web browser) 

• Log into your Paytm account through the mobile web browser (https://netbanking.paytmbank.com/)

• Enter the registered mobile number and OTP

• Enter your passcode and proceed 

• Select the savings account option to proceed

3. Beneficiary Details 

• You will be provided with unique bank details, to which you need to transfer the funds

• Add this unique bank details as a beneficiary in your Paytm Payments Bank account. This is a one-time process only

4. Add Beneficiary on Paytm

• Go to ‘My Beneficiaries’ on your Paytm account through the web browser 

• Select ‘Add Beneficiary’ and enter all the details as provided on the CoinDCX app to proceed

• Provide the OTP received on your registered mobile number and submit

5. Transfer Funds To Beneficiary (CoinDCX)

• On the Paytm Payments Bank, select the added beneficiary from ‘My Beneficiaries’

• Initiate the fund transfer and select ‘Make Payment’

• Enter the amount and select your preferred bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS) option and proceed to pay

• Enter your passcode to make the payment

• When it is successfully completed at the bank’s end, your funds will reflect in your CoinDCX wallet within 60 mins-24 hrs (NEFT) and 15-30 minutes (IMPS) as per banking standards
