What happens to my P&L in the said Token which was under Action?

The P&L of the token which was under Action does not change but the visibility of the same would change since the number of holdings in the account will change.
For example:
Old Token: BTC:
Old Quantity 10
Purchased Price: 100
Investment: 1000
Current Market Price: 120
Unrealised P&L (Profit which is not booked yet) = 200
New Token: BTCQ
New Quantity 100
Investment: 1000
Current Market Price: 12 (Price reduced in ratio of 1:10).
Unrealised P&L (Profit which is not booked yet) = (12 - 10)*100 = 200
