Users are categorized into two groups based on their cumulative Options Notional Volume. Users with cumulative lifetime notional volume below $1 Million are eligible for the refund and will receive daily trading fee refunds, while users whose cumulative notional volume exceeds $1 Million will be charged standard Options trading fees without any refund of fees benefit.
