What is the Zero Brokerage benefit up to the $1 Million volume limit?

Instead of charging zero fees upfront, standard options trading fees will be charged at the time of each trade. Eligible users (those with cumulative Options Notional Volume below $1 million) will then receive a full refund of those trading fees credited daily to their Options Wallet.
