How long does the Re-KYC Process take?

For the Re-KYC process:
1. No Changes in Existing KYC Details:
If there are no changes in your current KYC details, you can complete the process by self-declaring through the CoinDCX mobile application. This method allows for an immediate update without any waiting time, ensuring a hassle-free process.
2. Changes in KYC Details:
If there have been any changes in your current KYC details or if your KYC documents have expired, we kindly ask you to furnish your revised documents by follwing these steps:
Click on "edit PAN Card" and submit your document
Click on "edit Aadhaar / passport details", submit your document
Click a selfie and submit the same
Upon successful upload of your documents, you will receive an email confirmation indicating the successful submission of your Re-KYC. This method also allows for an immediate update without any waiting time, ensuring a hassle-free process.
