Can CoinDCX freeze or recover crypto assets involved in a suspected fraud?

If a suspected fraud is reported promptly and the relevant assets remain within CoinDCX's control, CoinDCX may review the matter and take appropriate measures in accordance with applicable laws, regulatory requirements, and its internal policies.
However, if the assets have already been transferred to an external wallet or another platform, CoinDCX may not be able to freeze or recover them.
Where appropriate, CoinDCX may also cooperate with law enforcement agencies, regulatory authorities, and other competent authorities to assist with investigations.
