- CoinDCX personnel will NEVER message you personally or ask you to pay any amount for providing any assistance. In case you receive any such messages in the future, please DO NOT respond to them. We would suggest you block such scammers.
- Always make sure that you are interacting with our official team either by verifying the blue tick mark on Twitter, Instagram, or Telegram channel or through support tickets raised from our official website or CoinDCX applications (Android/iOS).
- CoinDCX does not have any official support assistance available on Instagram, Facebook or Telegram. So please ensure to always raise a support ticket when you face any issue and only interact with the team on official social media pages.
