What happens if I increase the quantity of my existing position?

Increasing the size of your existing position does not reset the Total Funding Fee calculation. The system continues using the original position opening timestamp, and all subsequent Funding Fee intervals are added to the cumulative total. Example:
You open a BTC/USDT Futures position with a quantity of 1.2 BTC.
The cumulative Total Funding Fee is +₹150.
You then increase your position by 0.5 BTC.
During the next Funding interval, you pay ₹30.
Your updated Total Funding Fee will be: ₹150 - ₹30 = +₹120
The Active Position Details will display:
Total Funding Fee: +₹120
